Ana Lucia was born and raised in the beautiful city of Oaxaca, Mexico. She has been painting her entire life. In 2014, she took on the adventure to move an ocean away from home and live in Hawai'i. The beauty of the islands and the warmness of the people inspire her everyday. Painting gives her life greater purpose and gets her through happy times as well as through grieving times. Her Rainbow Bridge Tide collection was born from a period where she used her art to process her grief over losing her beloved dog, Romeo. Currently, she is exploring resin art and finds that she loves how resin flows in its own way and cannot be fully controlled When she is not painting, she is at the beach eating poke bowls with her husband and her dogs.
