Magnolia Boutique & Gallery maintains separate return policies for online purchases and in-store purchases. Please review the applicable policy prior to making a purchase.
Online Purchases
Eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery or pickup notification for a refund to the original form of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Returns must be initiated and processed through our e-commerce system and cannot be completed through our in-store point-of-sale system
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for store credit only, with a valid receipt.
Refunds are not issued for in-store purchases

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of many items, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur. We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors and details may vary depending on screen settings.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Magnolia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
