Store Manager:
We are seeking a Manager for our single location to serve as a guide, coach and mentor to our staff and to handle the smooth day to day operations of the store. This is a full-time position from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as well. This position is open to Hawaii residents only.

Manager’s duties include:
- Hire new employees, train new employees, supervise employees and coordinate scheduling of all staff to meet the store’s needs
- Achieve store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Ensure the cleanliness and high aesthetic standard of the shop
Requirements:
- Proven success in management
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service position
- Flexible schedule required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Proven ability to time manage and problem solve
- High level of organization
- Passionate about customer service
- Cheerful, approachable and positive disposition
