We want your experience with Magnolia to feel thoughtful and seamless from start to finish. Please review the information below prior to making a purchase.

 

 

Shipping Within the United States

Please allow up to three (3) business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

Shipping charges are based on order total:

$0 – $100 → $15

$100 – $200 → $30

$200 – $400 → $40

$400 – $1,000 → $100

Orders over $1,000 → Shipping calculated separately

Oversized or unusually heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If actual shipping costs exceed the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you prior to shipment to review and approve any additional charges.

International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us through the Contact page prior to placing your order.

Shipping to select countries (including Japan) may be available at checkout.

Please note:

Shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees

All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

Delivery may take 3–4 weeks or longer, depending on customs processing

Magnolia is not responsible for delays due to customs or international import requirements

 

 

Online Orders — Returns

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery or pickup notification.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and undamaged

Items must be returned with original packaging

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required

Returns must be processed through our e-commerce system

Online purchases cannot be returned or processed in-store

 

 

In-Store Purchases — Returns

Items purchased in-store may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for store credit only, with a valid receipt.

Refunds are not issued for in-store purchases.

 

 

Final Sale Items (No Returns)

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Original Art

Custom and special orders

Plants

Bath & body products

Holiday or seasonal items

Food and edible products

Sale or discounted items

 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using tracking and insurance for higher-value items, as Magnolia is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Additional Information

Many of our items are handmade or one of a kind. Variations in color, texture, and natural materials are part of their character.

We make every effort to present products accurately; however, colors and details may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
