Shipping Within the United States

Please allow up to three (3) business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order total:

  • $0 – $100 → $15

  • $100 – $200 → $30

  • $200 – $400 → $40

  • $400 – $1,000 → $100

  • Orders over $1,000 → Shipping calculated separately.

Oversized or unusually heavy items may require additional shipping charges.
If actual shipping costs exceed the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you prior to shipment to review any additional charges.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination.


International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website prior to placing your order.

Shipping to select countries (including Japan) may be automatically calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • International shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • International deliveries may take 3–4 weeks or longer, depending on customs processing.

  • Magnolia Hawaii is not responsible for delays due to customs or for international duties and taxes.

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery or in-store pickup notification.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation

Online purchases must be returned through our e-commerce system and cannot be processed through our in-store POS.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking and insurance for higher-value items, as Magnolia Hawaii is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
