Welcome to www.magnolia-hawaii.com (the “Site”), operated by Magnolia Boutique & Gallery (“Magnolia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site is intended for lawful use in connection with the retail sale of artwork, home goods, gifts, and related products.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.


6. Returns & Refunds

Online purchases are subject to our Return Policy, summarized below:

  • Eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery or pickup notification.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Online purchases must be returned through our e-commerce system and cannot be processed through our in-store POS.


7. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Magnolia is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, artwork, and design—is the property of Magnolia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Purchasing artwork or products does not grant reproduction rights.
