Lindsay Wilkins lives with her family in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu. She is a full time homeschooling mama to her three kiddos (ages 10, 8, and 6) and most days you’ll find them splashing in the waves, exploring the jungle or reading on their lanai. She is wildly passionate about pursuing creativity in the midst of messy motherhood. It’s not always easy, and usually it’s messy in more ways than one, but she’s there for it.
After a lifetime of drawing and painting as a hobby, she began selling her artwork online in 2009. As a self-taught artist, her style has morphed and changed over the years - but one thing always remained true -- COLOR! In 2015, she was commissioned to paint a large abstract painting for a nursery, and that’s when she stepped into the style she love so much now. Her art is inspired by the divinity of the colors in nature. Her emotion and awe flows through her use of color, and it is her hope that her colorful works likewise inspire awe-filled emotion.
